Two Hives Mini Raw Honey

All of Two Hives Honey liquid gold is harvested from neighborhoods all within 20 miles of downtown Austin and hand jarred by their team of beekeepers. Perfect for tea, whiskey, charcuterie boards, and more.

Each raw honey jar will differ slightly in color, flavor, and texture. The flavor and color of honey is determined by the nectars collected from different flowers by the honey bees. Because they are harvested in small batches by neighborhood, each harvest will reflect the florals blooming at that time.

Note on crystallization: All Two Hives honey is raw honey, meaning that it has never been heated or filtered. Only limited straining has been used to remove the beeswax from the comb. This means all of our honey does crystallize fairly quickly. Crystallized honey still contains all the flavor and health benefits of raw honey, and has simply changed texture.
